Men's Seniors Dick Squires Cup Report
The Warwickshire Seniors finished the Golf season off with the Autumn meeting held at Ladbrook Park Golf Club on Friday 4th October.
The mist was hanging around in the early morning but once the Autumn sun broke through it cleared and it turned out to be a glorious autumnal day. The course was in great condition and we were all ready to take on the challenge after a lovely bacon butty and cup of coffee.
The Spring meeting was cancelled earlier in the season due the weather conditions. The decision was taken to run the spring Fourball Betterball competition alongside the individual Autumn competition…Dick Squires Cup.
Code breaker Alan Turing would have struggled working out the scoring but with help and perseverance of John Hathaway we managed to come a conclusion.

Thank you to Ladbrook Park Golf Club for hosting us; the warm welcome, great food and course in good condition, it was a truly enjoyable day.
