The wet weather didn't dampen the skills of the County's next generation of golfers as the Warwickshire Wonders tournament took place over the par 3 course at Lea Marston on Sunday.
Luke Boyle (Stonebridge) produced a short game masterclass in the soft conditions, as he compiled a magnificent nine-hole winning score of net 17.
He claimed the boys prize by five strokes from Sam Dane (Copt Heath), with Harvey Westall (Copt Heath) and Joshua Durk (Stonebridge) a further shot off the pace.
Last year's girls winner Emilia Sadler emphasised her talents again as she carded a net 27 to finish five ahead of Moor Hall club-mate Seren Hylton and Maxstoke Park's Lucy Stone.
The Junior Non-Handicap Competition witnessed a fine display from Stonebridge's Parker Harbon as he carded a total of net 20 to nudge three shots in front of Noah Sheedy (Robin Hood).
The Warwickshire member Isaac Fisher's tap-in birdie on the closing hole was enough to secure the nearest-the-pin prize, while Ladbrook Park's Logan Sutton won the Putting Competition.
