The Warwickshire Team Captain would like to have details of your lady and junior girl members with Handicap Indexes of 14.0 and under who wish to be considered to play for the respective County Teams i.e. Firsts, Seconds and Girls.
Please also submit a form for each junior girl member who will be under 18 years of age on 1st January.
