WLCGA Player Potential Form
The Warwickshire Team Captain would like to have details of your lady and junior members who wish to be considered to play for the respective County Teams i.e. Firsts, Seconds and Juniors:
Ladies with Handicap Indexes of 14.0 and under and juniors 24.0 and under.
Please also submit a form for each junior lady member who is under 18 years of age on 1 January 2026 including those with or without handicaps.
