Ladies Bronze Division Team Competition 3 June 2024
The Bronze Division Team Competition which is for handicaps between 20.5 and 45.0 was played at Moor Hall Golf Club on Monday 3 June 2024.
80 players representing 20 clubs competed to win the Best Team Trophy (3 scores out of 4 to count), Runner up Team Prize and the Best Individual Score.
The weather was kind to us, no rain and not much wind, but a bit of sunshine would have been well received. The course was presented beautifully with tough greens. Many ladies had not played the course before and really enjoyed it.
I would like to thank Sandra Hadley-Smith, Ladies Secretary, for her help and support before and during the event. Zara Mason for setting up the room and all the helpers, starters, the green staff, the pro shop, bar staff and caterers and finally to the ladies who ran the ball sweep which raised £134 for the Warks Juniors Girls.

WINNING TEAM with 111 points was:
Walmley Golf club - the team was Sharon Brown, Carol Hayes, Linda Deeley and Mary Ironmonger.
RUNNER UP TEAM with 107 points was:
Leamington & County Golf Club - the team was Katherine Masters, Julie Ingram, Carolyn Talbot and Ann Evans.
BEST INDIVIDUAL WINNER with 42 points was:
