The Midland South Girls Championship 2024

The Midland South Girls Championship this year was hosted by Warwickshire County on Wednesday 7th August 2024 at Kenilworth Golf Club.

We were delighted to hold the Championship at Kenilworth Golf Club and were very grateful to Lady Captain Teresa Wright and Vice-Captain for helping us on the day and arranging other volunteers. Stewart Church & Claire Barker acted as the referees and Pat Hale, Elizabeth Earnshaw and Chairman Sharon Butler for helping on the day.

The course had been beautifully prepared for the girls and however the girls were challenged with windy & bouncy conditions. Amelia Bryan & Maisie Halstead tied on 154 in the Girls Championship and Amelia won the trophy on a count back.
